Business Development Manager | Labels | North Home Counties| £60k-£70k OTE £95k

From premium self-adhesive labels to eye-catching shrink sleeves, this is a forward-thinking business delivering standout solutions for leading brands across the food and beverage, healthcare, personal care, household and industrial sectors.


You will be responsible for:

• Identifying, prospecting and converting high-value sales opportunities

• Developing relationships with brands, manufacturers and key decision-makers

• Driving new business growth across target markets and sectors

• Understanding customer requirements and recommending creative, commercially focused solutions

• Managing the full sales journey from initial contact through to successful product launch

• Demonstrated success in securing new business and delivering against sales targets
