Business Development Manager | Labels | UK | Up to £60k

You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the labels and packaging market, targeting key sectorsand engaging decision-makers through a combination of outreach, networking, and market insight
Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term, profitable accounts
Collaborating with internal teams such as production, design, and supply chain to ensure commercially viable and deliverable solutions
Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure sustainable margins
Maintaining accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management through CRM systems
Key attributes required:
Proven business development skills, including prospecting and converting new opportunities into long-term accounts
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities and close profitable deals
