You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the labels and packaging market, targeting key sectorsand engaging decision-makers through a combination of outreach, networking, and market insight

  • Building and managing a strong sales pipeline, converting prospects into long-term, profitable accounts

  • Collaborating with internal teams such as production, design, and supply chain to ensure commercially viable and deliverable solutions

  • Leading commercial negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and service agreements to secure sustainable margins

  • Maintaining accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management through CRM systems
