Business Development Manager | Flexible Packaging | West Midlands| Up to £60k


A well-established UK manufacturer with over 40 years' experience delivering innovative print and packaging solutions. Renowned for its expertise in paper-faced sachets, flexible packaging, shrink sleeves and sustainable packaging materials, the business partners with leading brands across the food, healthcare, personal care and industrial sectors to develop high-quality, bespoke packaging solutions.


You will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities across the UK packaging market

• Promoting a portfolio of flexible packaging, sachets, laminates and sustainable packaging solutions

• Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers

• Collaborating with technical and production teams to deliver bespoke packaging solutions

• Identifying market trends and capitalising on new commercial opportunities

Key attributes required:

• Demonstrated success in generating new business and building a strong pipeline of profitable opportunities

• Proven experience selling flexible films, laminates, labels or packaging solutions

• A consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs

• Self-motivated, commercially driven and passionate about delivering results

• The ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritise a busy sales pipeline
