Business Development Manager | Flexible Packaging | UK | Up to £65k

Ideal for a commercially focused and customer-driven Business Development Manager to generate new business, develop key accounts and build strong customer relationships across a specialist packaging range. This consultative role is centred around understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities and delivering tailored packaging solutions that support long-term partnerships and sustainable business growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Generating and developing new business opportunities across food manufacturing, industrial processing and FMCG sectors

• Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored packaging solutions

• Preparing quotations, proposals and sales forecasts

• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

• Representing the business at customer meetings and industry events
