You will be responsible for:

  • Driving new business development across key sectors including food, healthcare, and consumer goods

  • Building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline to deliver against revenue and margin targets

  • Promoting a range of flexible packaging solutions, with a focus on innovation and sustainability

  • Leading the end-to-end sales process from initial engagement through to negotiation and contract close

  • Tracking market developments, competitor activity, and identifying new growth opportunities

 

Key attributes required:

  • Experience selling flexible packaging solutions (e.g. films, laminates, or sustainable materials)

  • Technical understanding of packaging solutions and the ability to translate customer requirements into viable products

  • Proven track record in new business development within packaging, manufacturing, or a related sector

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
