This is a key growth role for an ambitious Business Development Manager to expand the company’s presence across multiple sectors while maintaining and nurturing some existing accounts. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, delivering growth across existing and new sectors

  • Maintaining and developing existing client relationships while maximising revenue potential

  • Presenting and selling a broad range of digital print solutions tailored to client needs

  • Building and managing a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities across the South of England

  • Working closely with internal teams, including production, operations and marketing to deliver high-quality service and campaigns

 

Key attributes required:

  • Proven success in business development, preferably within digital print, marketing services, or creative industries

  • Experience growing existing accounts while driving new client acquisition

  • Knowledge of digital printing – small & large format and/or direct mail

  • Excellent relationship building skills

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently as well as contributing to wider strategic initiatives
