Business Development Manager | Cosmetic Packaging | UK | Up to £65k
An established packaging specialist with a strong footprint across Europe, focused on delivering premium cardboard packaging solutions. With extensive experience in the industry, the business works closely with major brands in sectors including cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and FMCG, creating innovative and bespoke packaging designs. You will be responsible for:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the cosmetic packaging sector
Prospecting and engaging with brands, contract manufacturers, and retailers to build a strong pipeline
Managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation and contract close
Building and maintaining long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and growth
Driving product innovation by introducing new materials, formats, and environmentally friendly solutions
Key attributes required:
