You will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities across the folding carton and printed packaging market

• Identifying and targeting prospective customers across key sectors including food, beverage, beauty, pharmaceutical and consumer goods

• Understanding customer packaging requirements and recommending suitable carton formats, materials and print solutions

• Managing pricing and negotiating commercial terms to secure profitable new business

• Attending customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events to generate leads and increase market presence

Key attributes required:

• Proven business development experience within folding cartons, printed packaging or a closely related sector

• Strong track record of winning profitable new business and developing long-term customer relationships

• Good technical understanding of carton packaging, print processes, materials and manufacturing capabilities

• Confident relationship builder with the ability to engage procurement teams, brand owners and senior decision-makers

• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong new-business mentality
