You will be responsible for:

• Developing new business opportunities across target markets and converting prospects into long-term customers

• Building strong relationships with brand owners, procurement teams and packaging buyers

• Managing the complete sales process from prospecting and presentations through to quotation, negotiation and order placement

• Working closely with design, estimating and production teams to deliver innovative packaging solutions that exceed customer expectations

• Growing existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and maximising revenue across the customer portfolio

Key attributes required:

• Proven success in business development or sales within print, packaging or a related manufacturing environment

• Strong commercial awareness with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Ability to identify opportunities, generate leads and consistently win new business

• Confident communicator with professional presentation and proposal-writing skills

• Self-motivated, driven and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
