Account Manager | Multichannel Communications | Warwickshire | Up to £40k

You will be responsible for:
Managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients across public and private sector accounts
Identifying, upselling and cross-sell opportunities within document automation, digital communications, and managed services solutions
Understanding client workflows and recommending solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer communications
Coordinating with internal operational and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution
Supporting account growth through renewals, pipeline management, CRM updates, and achievement of revenue and retention targets
Key attributes required:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to managing client needs and resolving issues
