Account Manager | Multichannel Communications | Warwickshire | Up to £40k

You will be responsible for: 

  • Managing and developing long-term relationships with key clients across public and private sector accounts

  • Identifying, upselling and cross-sell opportunities within document automation, digital communications, and managed services solutions

  • Understanding client workflows and recommending solutions that improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer communications

  • Coordinating with internal operational and technical teams to ensure successful onboarding, service delivery, and issue resolution

  • Supporting account growth through renewals, pipeline management, CRM updates, and achievement of revenue and retention targets
