Leading print management company is creating a senior management position in order assist with the direction of their continued growth across Europe. This role is a quality gateway opportunity for a Production Manager skilled in temporary and permanent display solutions to work on one of the most prestigious contracts in the POS sector.

Offering fully integrated marketing solutions and print management and working closely with retailers, they take great pride in providing their extensive client base with a wide range of solutions, from consultation to production, from print to digital and from advertising to retail.

As Production Manager you will be responsible for:
•Overseeing permanent POS production (75%)
•Supporting the Production team on other 2D or 3D temporary display projects (25%)
•The management and delivery of all POS display requirements; projects, campaigns and the provision of additional service lines and associated tasks
•Ensuring that operational support is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently
•Providing a high degree of technical support and expertise both to clients and associates
•Supporting successful implementation of new service lines into the assigned account(s)

Key attributes required:
•Good understanding and working knowledge of permanent and temporary display environments
•Excellent technical understanding of permanent display design and manufacturing techniques and production practices
•Sound working knowledge of all forms of metal, wood, injection moulding and plastic substrates, along with basic working knowledge of LED and electrical displays
•Demonstrable experience working with technical drawings with the skills to advise/challenge when called upon
•Proven supplier negotiation experience, procuring across a global platform
•A good understanding of planning, budget and cost management
•An excellent ability to manage multi-campaign/multi-job projects with multiple service line elements
